The form will be sent to the Booking Secretary who will confirm the booking and forward you details of how to pay.  See Hire Fees for details of prices.  Once you have paid, your booking will be entered on to the calendar and shown above.

If you have supplied your email address you will receive a copy of the booking form for your reference.
